Default Going around in circles!

Hey everyone, I posted a thread awhile ago about what size tire I should run on my truck, and I've been going back and forth on what I should buy. I'm running a 33x12.50r17 Pro-Comps right now, and I'm wanting to go back to a BFG. My 2 choices are a 305/65R17 A/T, and a 315/70R17 A/T. I know with the 315, I'll be sitting a bit taller, but I'll lose out on the footprint (width). I don't have alot of money to buy a set of aftermarket wheels, so I'm having to stick with the stock 17x7.5 rims. I have a 2.5 leveling kit in the front, and yes, I can run a 35, but not with stock rims. With the mud A/T's, the sidewall lugs would rub to much on the ball-joints, and cause serious damage. So, I'm reaching out for suggestions.

1. The 315's have a wider footprint that the 305's.
2. You can run an aggresive M/T but to make sure they dont rub on the ball joints you could add a spacer that will move the wheels out further than they are now.
3. Definetely go with the bigger tire, every time I look at my truck I instantly want 35"s.

I agree with Tide, go with the 35's, they'll look much better on your truck.

ok, then this brings up my next question. I'm a huge fan of the Mazzi Hulk stlye wheel. With the leveling kit, can I run a 325/65 BFG, on an 18x10 rim, without rubbing? I'm almost for certain I'm going to have to trim up my bottom vallance. But, could I run it without worry?

I would stay away from Mazzi Hulk rims, ppl are having problems with them pitting.

How tall is that tire, in inches?

on the specs, it reads the 325 is 34.7, while the 305 reads 33.7.
