Angry getting screwed by dealership

i have a 2007 f150 xlt that i recently brought into a dealership to have the cam phazers and cam timing solenoids replaced and a hot oil flush. was quoted $3350 cad. in the process of doing the hot oil flush, they plugged an oil passage somewhere in the engine. since then they have replaced the oil sending unit and oil pump trying to find the problem that they caused. now they want to replace the passenger side head. my bill is at $9800 right now and still no guarantee that its fixed. they still have my truck and i dont think i should have to pay for them trying to hunt down the problem that they caused. the truck has 128000km on it. not sure what to do. any input from anyone would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldn't quote me on this but I believe the program is when a mechanic / dealer is unable to fix the issue; and instead of telling you this they direct you to another item that may be causing it, and so forth. I believe it will have to take them three failed attempts to fix the problem before you can do something to them. But if it's three failed attempts and the problem is still there I'd start looking into a lawyer, but I could totally be wrong; I ain't the smartest guy on this website so someone please correct me if I'm wrong

and I wouldn't pay the bill... Never heard of a hot oil flush. How about just draining the oil when the truck is hot?

thats some bull IMO they should have to pay for that, it was their screw up, ive only had one experince with a "ford dealer dealership shop" which was my last, but i belive ive heard that unless its something you told them to do something that could have directly resulted in causing more failure its on them....or i heard wrong
