Thanks for all who responded to MY original post/question. I did more research on both this morning and those of you who responded made me agree with the programmer for the cost compared to actual power gains, seeing how gears don't add actual HP. Just order the edge a few hours ago and should except it late this week/ early next. Thank u guys again.

About the grill, its a ranch hand. I like it a lot and it was free :-D perks of working at a dealership and being able to take stuff off trade ins/auction vehicles.

if you get the edge evo and you run on it on level 3/performance you will definitely see a difference in your truck, but you also have to realize that the only real way you will see a difference in mpg's is be changing the way you drive.

Yes, that's very true. Not toooo concerned about mpg's since my drive isn't bad and I'm around 12mpg now even after level/tires. Just wanted a little more "pep" back when accelerating. I typically stay around 65-70mph on highway so I'm not wanting to try and do 150mph. Plus my gsxr will be used more now that its getting warmer. Programmer it is, purchased earlier :-D thank you again for compliments and answering my post too!

Info: 05 fx4 with 87k hbs 3in, ranch hand bumper, 5% tint rear 15% front/brow, flowmaster 40 duals at axle, 295/70R18 Nitto Trail Grapplers with zero rub. Just ordered edge, haven't deciding on what's next yet.
