Default gears for 37s?

i have an 06 f150 xlt with 35" tires and about a 7.5 lift all around front and rear after adjustables were installed.. i know 100% 37s will fit in their well, and im planning on getting a set in 3 or 4 weeks. I have a programmer and all that good stuff intake exhaust truck has everything set for the bigger tires, even upgraded brakes. the only thing it doesnt have is gearing, now everyone says once you get 37s gearing is basically a must. i dont know much about the gearing, but i wana decide on a set. I DO ALOT OF CITY DRIVING, stop and go stop and go, but i also do a ton of highways driving shore in the summer poconoes ion the winter, what gears would fit nice? i am not hard oin the gas anymore trying to save mpgs but i do want the 37s.. should i get 4.11 4.56 4.88s ? i like the ford racing products any other opinions? please chime in i am going to have to buy these soon guys.. thanks!

4.56 Would be my choice. They will give you enough grunt to get going around town yet still cruise the highway without running at 3grand.

4.88's, biggest gears you can fit in the front diff. 4.56's and 4.88's are quite similar, go with 4.88's IMO

4.88 gears, 37's, 4.88's= around 1860 rpm @ 60 mph
4.56 gears, 37's, 4.56's= around 1740 rpm @ 60 mph

ok.. just confused 4.88s would take more gas to get up from going stop sign to stop sign 4.56s r a little bit better for that? is what im getting? but vice versa on the high way?

4.88's would get you off the line faster, 4.56's would be better on the highway, however the difference would be so slight it would barely matter, like you probably wouldn't even notice

I run 4.56's with my 37's. Still has great acceleration and remains at a high speed on the road until my governor kicks in at 99MPH

you would need 4.56 to maintain stock performance.
