Do you still have the door sticker, that has your gear code that may be easier to read. Is your truck a 2 or 4wd? I just googled the numbers in the pic and got nothing, I would look at your door sticker, google the code and see if it matches any of the info on the attached tab in the pic. Hopefully the rear end has not been swapped out and the door sticker is still accurate. Good luck.

anyway I can go 4.10 doing the work myself for cheaper cause I have all the tools I need. Or does someone at a shop have to do it for hundreds or more money?

it's possible to do it at the house as long as you got all the tools the biggest thing is make sure the backlash is set, it shouldn't be too much if you buy the gears and take it to a shop either..

if your 4x4 you need front and rear 4:10's

if it's 2wd rears is all u need

I know about the front and rear but my dad has worked on cars and trucks all his life and I help him so he wouldn't mind helping me if I were to get stumped on something. Now this is the only thing I have ever researched with gear stuff. Where could I buy them or could I possibly just convert is from non ls to ls? That's more what I'm wanting to do.

This video will give you an idea what your up against. I watched it and went straight to the off road shop. Might be a slightly different setup to yours, but gives an idea.

I bought 4.10s for my truck and a detroit tru trac. The cheapest place I found for parts was Tasca Ford. The ring and pinions came with bearings and shims. I didn't have to buy the master rebuild kits. Got the tru trac from Summit Racing.
