Gear Ratio
Found it, here you go.
These are the codes for 04-08 F150s:
19 — 3.55 non-limited slip (F-150, Econoline)
17 — 3.31 non-limited slip (F150, Econoline)
H9 — 3.55 limited slip (F-150, F-250)
B6 — 3.73 limited slip (F-150, F-250)

I'll try to find this out for you.
Know some had 3:55s, other 2:73, but since I haven't owned one of these MY's I don't have the info handy or first hand knowledge.
We'll see what I can turn up for you.
EDIT: Here's a good site for people to use on knowing what gears would be best for your setup.

EDIT2: And another,

Okay, spoke with some of my buddies from another site & here is what they had to say. What you will look for depends on whether you look at the rear diff or the door post.
If looking at the rear diff:
There were many possible stock gear ratios. The first 4 charcters on the bottom line of numbers on the metal tag hanging off one of the rear diff cover bolts is the gear ratio and diff type(open or LS), you'll probably have to remove the bolt to get all the numbers you need. Typically you'll see 3L55 or 3 55 with a blank space where the L would be. The L of course signifies a limited slip, no letter there means open.
If you look on the door post:
Axle code is on the drivers door post
12-2.73
17-3.31
18-3.08
19-3.55 (seems like most f150's)
25-4.10
68-4.88
There are 21 possible axles but only the second digit is the ratio code. If it has a letter then it's limited slip, but the last digit will still match up with the ratios given here (B9 is limited slip 3.55). The exceptions are codes 72 and 73which are 4.63 and 5.13 respectively.
Here's a nice handy link for an Axle Decoder Chart:

Hey thanks a lot, The tag on the pumpkin was rusted past recognition but the dorr jam said 19 so looks like i got the 3.55's to. good ol highway gears. I'm planning on dropping some 4.56 in there after i get bigger tires. But dam i wish i had some posi or LSD's. Maybe down the road but thanks.

Yeah LS is nice, have had it on my last 2 F150s. Not really used much, but does com in handy when is is used.
Good luck on your mods!
