Default Gear help

Looking at maybe switching out my gears. I have looked around to try and find a formula that would help determine rmp/speed and all but everything asks about each gear ratio and tranmission gears and im not sure about all that. im running 33s on a 3.55 gears. I spend a lot of my time in town were there are a good bit of traffic lights on our 50mph roads so I spend a lot of my time around 55-60mph and so I dont want to lose to much top end speed but I would like something to help with all the lights. Im thinkin 4.10's are gonna have me at too high of rpms for the speeds I spend most of my time at and 3.73 gears seems pointless comin from 3.55s. What do yall think or does someone know the formula?

Here try this

http://www.gopowerhungry.com/_calculators.shtml

The second to the last one is probably what your looking for. 1.00 trans ratio is 3rd gear.

Depending on your transmission if you at the 4R75 or 4R70 you can put in .75 or .70 for overdrive and see what you get then.
