Default gear change

I have 35 inch mud grapplers and wanted to know how much of a difference it will make going from stock gears on my FX4 to 4.56 gears?

Good enough for me, just was asking cause one buddy said It would basically just improve my gas mileage, but I figured changing gears should help give the truck a little more pull, thanks for the input

To add a little more to what I mentioned previously.....lol. You should notice better performance all around, including gas mileage... Good luck and enjoy...

I've seen quotes from 1500-2000. But that for parts and labor

If you know your way around the garage and a few precision tools, save your $$ and do it yourself...

It's not as hard as everyone makes it out to be... Especially with these axles...

It is not a job for the novice mechanic but it can be done in a home garage... With only a few special tools...
