Do you know how to use a DA polisher? If so, get some compound, polish, and wax. It will blend in no time. The reason paint gets an outline over sticker is because the exposed paint gets oxidized. You need to remove that oxidation. Usually, it's so light, you may just need a finishing polish and wax.

 

I've got one at the house somewhere, though I haven't used it in years. I may have to go digging through the shed tomorrow if it's not raining.

 

I used a harbour freight DA and some cobra cross groove pads for the compound and polish. Need to try out the Nanoskin glove for claying.
