Default Fuel issues

Hi guys! Its been a long time but I finally got my truck back from the mechanic a couple months ago! It ran fine until a couple weeks ago. My fuel pump wouldn't kick on so I changed it and it ran fine for a few days. Now its doing the same thing. My fuel pump wont kick on and my truck wont start. Sometimes it will work and my truck will run fine while it idles. I took my truck down the road the other day and the rpms kept jumping up and then back down. Do you guys know what the problem is? All and any input would be appreciated!

What if I spray rubberized undercoating on my new module? Would that affect it in anyway?

Or would it help it prevent corrosion?

Redesigned FPDM's have spacers under them so they don't touch the steel.

I found that out after I bought one today. I just got it at carquest for $93 yesterday. Didn't feel like waiting for shipping on it
