2006 F150 KingRanch 4x4 5.4 - anyone know the part #?

I am out of town on business, and want to attempt my first fuel filter change when I get back...want the part waiting for me...but am having difficulty verifying that I am ordering the correct filter.

Is there a place I can order both the fuel filter and the 5/16 tool?
