MUST use a fuel line disconnect tool. Push both together...HARD. Should feel a slight clunk. Then pull fuel line off. Use some WD40 or PB blaster in there if she's really stuck. The orange clip is a gator clip and pulls directly out (use a small flat head or something). Or if you really want fancy, you can just run an aeromotive filter that's removable with just a wrench.
