Should be on the driver's side framerail, just in front of the gas tank.

You will need a special tool to get it off... Easy project with this tool...

You can pick up the tool at Autozone or any other parts store for around $8. I just did that last weekend. Tis the season I guess!

I would also go with a motorcraft fuel filter. I can't remember the brand, but one of the manufacturers has a fitment issue on some of our trucks.

The fitment issue is due to a running change on the production line. Older trucks have 3/8" line and newer have 5/16". Some parts places are unaware of this...

Get the plastic disconnect tool. The metal one seems to have a harder time getting the front line off.
