I just had to buy a new assembly fuel door assembly for my 2005 F150 but it didnt come with the fuel door cover. All i can find is billet fuel doors or the stick on fuel doors. anybody know of a site where I can buy fuel doors that will replace the stock one but will work with the stock fuel door assembly

 

Do you mean the actual round door that is painted the color of your truck? I would try a wrecker and have it painted to match

 

yea its looking like that is my only option

 

it's actually a square door like you find on a Fleetside, but the hinges completely different. I spent the weekend junkyarding looking for the correct but didn't find one.

Had to do the same for my 2007...here is the part number 4L3Z-99405A26-EAA

On Amazon under search it named . Looks like price went up since I bought mine last week but I be if you did a Google search you might be able to find it cheaper. You would think for a piece of plastic it would be cheaper. You will need to paint it though. Autozone has a spray paint Dupli-color that you can find to match the body paint. Just need your color code from your door jamb sticker or the color name.
