I bought one made by curt a few weeks ago. It's very well built and perfect for a winch. Only downside is it doesn't fit in the air dam. I bought it from amazon

Amazon Amazon

These go to the tow hooks right? I have a bull bar on and wanted to look into one of these for a winch. Also if I am stuck will these be able to support a 8-10k winch pulling out a stuck truck? Also if I can't put this on with a bull bar on do I have any other options with out replacing bumper/bull bar (also those $1600 hide away are out of my price range)

Yes it mounts where the tow hooks are it has a 9000 pound winch rating but you can do more without a problem if it doesn't work with the bull bar they make a front grill guard with a winch mount you can find the for 400-500 bucks

When I installed mine I used a floor jack to hold it in place while I put in the bolts. Made it very easy! I installed it for a winch. I keep it in my bed which is covered and take it out when I need it. Only part that I over looked with this set up was weight. My winch and mount weigh a little over 100 pounds. So far though I really like this set up!
