Default Found the DA#* CLUNk !

I've been hearing a loud clunk in the front of my truck when pulling into an inclined driveway or backing down and come to find out the bolts that hold my cross member were a couple of threads loose. I do have a 6" lift but after 6 months I've found it. !!!!!!!!!!

Which cross member? I've got a similar clunk and also can't seem to locate it. I thought it may be the level kit, but haven't been motivated enough to break down the front end to check

Good job on finding the culprit, I don't really have any noise but makes me want to crawl under and check all the bolts. Congrats

Years ago I had a Chevy truck with a clunk similar to what you describe. It bugged the heck out of me until I finally found it. The transmission/t-case mount was loose on the cross member. I still remember how good it felt to slay that dragon.
