Default Fog lights

I have been trying to find a way to have my fogs as my drls. I have searched and found the bambi mod but thats not what i want. During the day i would like just the orange marker lights and the fogs to come on. Is this possible ? Maybe someone can lead me to a thread somewhere or show me how.

Take the drl relay out and then turn headlight switch to one position over and pull out. Voila!

Will i be able to leave the switch in the "auto" position? Would be great to not have to always move the switch

This is for a Toyota forum but this concept might work. Separate the relay from the circuit and add a switch. Cafeful not to fry things tho....

This way leaves no lights on. If you want parking lights just move switch over one position. Then pull it out and you got parking lights and fogs

The OP wants them on as DRL with out parking lights on -I guess. Thats why I said add a switch, that would make them independent of the headlight switch.

I pulled the DRL relay from under the hood. Its the one closest to the windshield on the right. I switch 1 to the right, parking lights and if I pull the switch out I have parking lights and fogs. Turn the switch all the way. I have headlights/fogs.
