Default fog light - left side...

So I have replaced my bulbs in my fog lights. I even swapped them back and forth so that I knew it wasn't the bulb.

The left fog light will not come on, right side comes on fine.
I checked the fuse, but it is fine (right side works).
Is there a relay or something else weird that is independent?
Does anyone have the wiring diagram or location of any of the components to check?

found this on the interwebs (not sure what evtm means); or if this is accurate?

If you have a volt meter use a T-pin and put the T-pin in the back of the connector at connector C270A. Put the positive of your voltmeter to the T-pin and ground the other side somewhere you know is a good ground (preferably the battery.) If you have power there then you will know for sure everything from there back is good. (It should be fine because the right side is working but it is worth checking.) Then do the same thing at C152 (make sure the power is there for the bulb and make sure the voltmeter again has a good ground. If you indeed have good voltage there you need to check G110. This could also be a bad ground problem. If there is no power at the fog light (C152) but there is power at C270A you then will know your problem lies somewhere within that region. Let me know what you find and I can try to help again.
