Where are you guys mounting your ballasts? I have my DDM set that I need to install but I'm having trouble finding a place to mount the ballasts.

 

For any DDM products, I simply recommend mouningt them in the garbage can

Ok, ok ... up behind the headlight is a good place ( pull the heads for easier access). Since DDM ballasts are poorly sealed, anywhere that avoids water is required.

That's exactly where I mounted both my head lights and fog lights... The ballasts fit perfectly but I have the slim ballasts, might make a difference

 

I also put heat shrink around base of the bulb and all the way up to the connector because my bulbs kept blowing from water always getting into the wires right of the bulb
