Hair dryer and then remove your headlights and apply a bead of silicone around the seam.

Reseal is a definite need, but the dessicant should remove the moisture without all the putzing around with a hair dryer. It's not going to be an instant fix, but it'll work.

Hey, nice idea. never even thought of that before. I'm gonna do that to my one fog light that is fogged up (irony?) as soon as it gets warm enough that its not all froze inside of it.

So yea op, either that or take it out and use a hairdryer or just let it sit inside your house for a couple days with the bulb removed. Any way you do it tho, you need to get some clear silicone and run a smooth bead all the way around where the lens meets the housing to seal it up again. And make sure your bulb seats nice and tight when installed.
