Don't waste money on a cold air intake... Get a k&n filter and cut the end and the front aide off your stock intake.. Works just as good!

I was looking at the SCT SF3 programer and I notice they have 3 programed dyno tunes already and places to store 3 more. First is the programed ones just diffrent varieties of the setting of the truck? I've noticed some programers say they have settings that you put it on for when your towing trailers and stuff like that. Is that the same thing? Also would I have to go to a SCT dealer to get more tunes or can I fiddle with the settings of the truck myself? Do you know of a place online to get some? And 1 more question. Does it hurt to keep changing tunes or should I just try and stick with one and leave it for a while? Thanks for your time reading this. I'm sorry about all the questions I'm just wanting to make sure I get more bang for my buck you know?

The custom tunable one you will want is the X3. What you're seeing on the SF3 are "canned" tunes. Canned tunes are meant for a stock truck, most modifications need to be accounted for in a custom tune. You can get custom tunes for towing and performance for various octanes. Some tuners will write and economy tune but most see little to no mileage gains over the performance tune. Generally if you're towing more than two thousand pounds a towing tune is needed as the performance tune's settings will be harder on the transmission with a load.
To get custom tunes, all you have to do is order them from a reputable company (VMP tuning, Troyer Performance, Power Hungry Performance) and they will email you the custom tunes to be downloaded. Call and talk to Justin (VMP), Mike (Troyer), or Bill (PHP) and they can and will explain everything in more depth and answer every question you could ever dream of.
There is ALWAYS a risk when flashing the PCM. Changing the tunes everyday is probably not a good idea, changing them a few times a year probably won't run into problems. Knowing how to avoid problems that trip people up when flashing and how to properly use the device will minimize risks.

On flowmasters should I get true duals or no? I've been told that on my motor true duals don't have enough back pressure so I would actually lose power so if I go to 1 single flowmaster should I just dump it or take it out to tips in the back of the truck? I've been told you lose more power of you take it out to tips?

Single would save you some $. I would think just dumping it would only give you more sound in the truck, not power. It is just my opinion.
Think about the moisture coming out of the muffler. Do you really want that exiting the muffler right under your truck esp. if you use is as a driver too?
