hey guys i put a 40 series on my truck with a 4.6 in the middle of march, i was just wonerin is it my imagination or is it gettin louder???? do they have a break in or something??

Mine got a little louder as it went on.. I've had it on for about 5 months.

 

It's normal for them to get louder in the first 2 or 3 month's then taper off. I've been having mine on for about 3 1/2 yrs and it did the same thing.

 

i mean i love it the louder it is with that get flow sound the better!!!

 

Yeah they get louder. Mine are louder now still than they were a few months ago and I had them done back in July/Aug

 

yeah once they break in they will get alittle louder but thats a good thing lol my magnaflows at first were alittle quieter than i wanted but about a week or two later they woke right up and now they sound mean...
