Default Flashing Check engine light

So today on the freeway i lost power and the truck started shaking. i got to where i needed to be and go my ECM scanned by autozone and got this list. P0171 P0174 P0430 P0301 P0442.
The truck is a 05 5.4l with 128,000 miles this is the first time since i have had the truck it has needed anything but oil changes and brakes.
I also sprayed starting fluid all around the intake and vac lines. no RPM change

Any help would be very use full.

Default I would advise you to read ford tsb on plugs .

Have lisle extractor ready . New plugs are sp546 mc . Or use champions --I do .
Put all new boots on ,clean all cop contacts , blow out all dirt before pulling plugs. Clean out snout area of cly to dissolve carbon as it breaks plugs coming out and going in . Carb cleaner works best .
Use a tiny amount of dielectric grease on each end of boots . Keep hands clean and porcelain.
Torque plugs in 25 to 28 foot pounds --Very important .
Misfires first show up in overdrive and under load climbing hills etc .
Best to learn to do this job yourself .
