Well, I would say wheels, however what is the life of them? If they're basically brand new I would wait till they go bald to replace them and go bigger. So, if the tires are brand new then I would probably do the exhaust first, then start ordering those suspension lift, body lift, etc. Then once the tires are bald enough replace them and the suspension all at once. That's what I got planned for mine anyways.

The tires have 91,000 miles on them. Still have some life in them, probably about 15K miles. What kind of exhaust would sound good? My last truck,06' Dodge Ram, had flowmaster. A little too much resonance inside the cab. Also,I have heard it's best to do the cai, exhaust, and program all at once. Is there any truth to this?

You can have tinted windows, leveling kit ( low cost, great looking ), and magnaflow sounds good.

Magnaflow sounds nice, they're not as loud as Flowmaster's but they do get good gas millage. And I doing all the CAI and program it all at once does sound a good idea

Here in TEXAS,we have to have a front tag. As for lowering it,NEVER. I tow my boat alot, and use alot of crappy boat ramps. The plan is to raise it up a little.

The first mod I did to my truck was the exhaust. I got the 40 Series Flowmaster and put the S&B Cold Air Intake... she sounds like a beast! I would do cosmetic stuff ATFER the exhaust =)

Tint, suspension/wheels, exhaust. Last three in any particular order.
