I can show you the intersection lol,
My name is Edgar (Ed)

this picture shows an aerial view. of the sight of the intersection where the accident happened.

this image shows my point of view as if i were driving

and this image shows his point of view, as if he was driving

he said he didnt see me, but I call Bull**** there is nothing that can block a huge truck. this is another picture from his point of view as if he would have looked from where i was coming from.

who do you guys think is at fault? as you can see there is only one stop in the intersection.

Saturn driver is at fault here, Clearly the truck was big and there not alot of trees/bushes to block the view.

One thing I do see is there is not stop sign on your way and his way.

EDIT: Was the Saturn driver old?

I would have to say its the Saturn drivers fault, he should've stopped since there is a pedestrian cross walk right before the intersection, makes more sense that he should have stopped to go through the intersection. Also you can't really tell if the LCA is bent until its on an alignment rack.

Agreed, and typically each persons insurance pays to fix their vehicle on private property. That's been my experience (2x in 25 yrs driving). Your state laws might be different

4-way stop, with one stop sign? Is that right, or did I read it wrong? Did you drive up on to his car?

I would have the a-arm check to make sure its not cracked, and check the cost of upgrading to a Road Armor replacement bumper.

Nobody is at fault so your ins will say you are at fault. There was no stop signs so no one had the right of way.

Get the Ins to give you a check and fix it yourself then spend the extra cash on more lift and bigger tires.
