I finally got around to tinting mine and my dads (He is also a member of this forum) tails and third brake lights. Put 4 coats and each, and my dad taped off the reverse lights.
As I told a friend of mine, like father, like son! Our trucks are 100% identical except mine is a SCAB and his is a SCREW. Both will have Bushwhacker pocket flares on today.

Did you use night shade?

 

Just about everything were doing to them is identical. Apart from a few things at least! And yea, I used nightshade. I was debating to use clear coat on them but I didn't!

Just picked up a can of Nightshade, any tips before I dive into it? I want it to be even and not too dark.

 

Ok, threw caution to the wind and did mine already. Put 3 light coats on, didnt want to get too crazy. I think it looks amazing. Saved me the $$ I was going to spend on aftermarket tail lights.

 

 

I love the look; but I'm always using that third brake light to see into my bed at night.

Dang it. I think it might look silly if I only do the two tails?
