Default Finally some mods

Well I have been super busy this summer with work and life, but I bought a bone stock 2005 Fx4 scab with 73k miles in June. Slowly i have added a few mods with more to come. First things were weathertech digital floor liners, window vents, Truxedo low pro bed cover, 2011 Fx4 red badges, HBS 2.5" leveling kit, and had my spark plugs done. 4 broke and 4 came out without breaking and i replaced them with the Champions. Then i did the raptor grille light mod(im going to mount the light bar behind the grille and cut out the honeycomb for the lights but im waiting until i paint the grille, tinted the headlights with vht niteshades, Harley-Davidson styled my tails, 5% tint all around with a 11" brow, and 2009 chrome package step bars.

Im going to slow down a bit now with mods, but plans are in for a Flowmaster exhaust, some paint to match work, towing mirrors, and some day some BFG AT's...

Let me know what you think..

Ill get some better pics soon, i took these at my buddies house

Looks good so far! Tires will really change the look of your truck.

Hows the light output from your tinted heads? A few pics with the lights on maybe? I'm thinking about tinting my fogs but i use them a lot so I dont want to diminish the light output very much. Thanks!

Thanks! I only put 2 light coats on so the light still shines through pretty good, but its slightly decreased. My other set of headlights I'm going to Harley-Davidson style, I only tinted these because they were on horrible condition... I personally wouldn't tint my fogs

I had the nittos on my grand Cherokee and they were awesome. I didn't get to take them into the snow because I sold my jeep for this truck like 3 months after I got them lol. I'm really hooked on the bfg at's, but $1200 is tough after just purchasing the truck and having a 5.4 plug change done lol

Ahh okay. Thanks for the info! Looks like I'll leave them the way they are until I work up the nerve to retrofit them and my headlights.

If it were mine I would paint under the style line black for a sick two tone look. Looks great btw, what Tires you getting?
