FINALLY!! leveled
After many many attempts with the wrong tools, stuck bolts and such I leveled my truck. I know it's not a big deal to most people but it's seriously been a headache for a while for me. I learned a couple things though that might help noobs like me.
1. You seriously have to smack the h3ll out of the upper arm to get the ball joint to separate. It took me a while to realize that I was just hitting too soft to pop it ( I was scared of breaking something).
2. Undo the sway bar and the steering arm all the way.
3. A 31mm (what my instructions told mento use) socket t IMPOSSIBLE to find. A 1 1/4 will do though.
4. Use a jack to raise and lower the lower arm, I had to lower the arm ALOT to get the strut out . I don't know how ppl do it keeping the lower bolt in but it was t possible for me.
5. for the love of god use air tools, most of the time i spent putting it on was from the endless ratchting lol.
If someone else has any tips please post them, I read the instructions pretty well but I was help from forums like this that gave me the most information.
Thanks everyone who's posted in a leveling thread before. This is a great forum.
