Default Fill the hole!

Looking to finish the console swap. So, in need of ideas for this hole. The hvac/radio controls that were in the hole got busted up by the Jack legs at the junk yard. Which doesn't hurt my feelings.

I'm thinking I will get a piece of 1/8" black abs plastic sheet from the stereo shop and adding a couple USB power ports. I thought of an inverter and adding a 110 outlet here at the back of the console and another 110 outlet in the bed. But having trouble finding a kit or all the peices I want for a reasonable price as it will almost never ever be used.

So, anyone else have an idea of a cool gadget or something useful for the rear passenger.?

With my family USB and 110 outlets would be a big hit. Pretty much what you've already thought of. I'm curious to see what you end up doing

Ok
when I did mine, I just used the black abs to fill it, but looked at one post where someone did the 110 with inverter. My truck is a regular cab, I also gutted the rear cupholders (kept the door) and it holds a smaller 9 mm pistol just right. Its perfect for when I can't carry and need to leave it in the truck, its easy to get to but hidden at the same time. Don't recommend if you have kids in the back, though.
I use the washcloth to keep it from rattling around and keep scratches to a minimum.
Never mind the mess behind the seat, regular cabs don't have much storage space, lol.

Yeah keeping the rear cup holder. I do like your idea though.

Unless someone comes up with something I'm going to put 2 USB ports and leave room to add on later.
