Default Fender flare help needed

Hey everyone. I have a 2007 Ford F150 XLT 4.2l V6 8ft bed. I desperately need to put fender flares on to cover up a bunch of rust. Personally I would prefer the OE fender flare as I have styleside. My question is I took a measurement of how much height of the flare I would need to cover the rust sufficiently and it is 3". I am having a hard time finding 3: OE style flares. Most I see are 2". I don't need or want to spend $400-$500 on new Bushwackers and such. I know the pocket rivet style is an option but I would prefer OE style if possible. Cost I would like to keep around $75-$150 for all four. Can anyone recommend 3", or more, OE style fender flares?

OE style will not come up that high, my personal opinion. Rather than cover it up. Have it repaired

I second that. You won’t find an OE style flare that’ll go up that high. The only three options are: get it fixed, live with the rust or add the ugly bushwacker flares.

Option #4 (possibly cheaper than #1, unless you can do the work yourself): find a decent condition '04-08 8' bed. and swap it. Color-match optional.

Option #5: flat bed (either aluminum or wood)

Let's just take that bushwacker option out, ok?
