Fan switch

I have a 2008 F150 and the first two settings on fan switch dont work but 3 and 4 do. Any known issues and solutions?

Blower motor resistor... located behind the glove box... 2 screws and a plug. Very common problem.. just make sure you buy the correct one.. Manual A/C or auto.
