Question F150 standard Audio

I have a 2005 F150 Crew cab with a ford cd player. Does anyone know if it has RCA in put on the back of it. I would like to plug my Ipod in and my last truck I had to go to the back and bring the cable out the bottom of the dash.

If youre deck has an "aux" button on it you can buy an adapter to plug in an ipod or MP3 player.

Yes it would, but it wouldnt have standard RCA input jacks, thats what the adapter does, it converts the multi pin aux input to RCA's

If your deck is capable it will have an AUX button on the right side by the MENU button.

I only said RCA because that is what my last player has. Am i corect in thinking that that minni in put is the same as a standard head phone cable that goes in to my ipod or not.

the 05 radio has no provision for an aux input, there are ways to do it, but just the motorcraft connectors to do it will break the bank

buy one of these for 50 bucks 6R3Z-19A464-AA and you'll be fine.
