Yeah it wasn't bad at all. Worst of it was my dumb self sliced my fingers three times with a knife on the tabs (hahahaha) and got blisters from working the old adhesive off the truck . Wouldn't have used the knife had I realized prior to attempting to put the rear emblem on that it needed to be completely sanded down flat... I had been under the assumption just the tabs needed to be flush with the emblem haha. Learn from everyones input and my mistakes

I bought my tape from local parts store (riebes I believe) wasn't too bad at all.

Used a hair dryer on a cold rainy day to heat up the old emblems a bit, took some fishing line and worked it through the sides as far as could go and used a butter knife to push down through the adhesive inbetween the tabs then pryed off carefully with butterknife. Worked out great

I am pretty sure he's not ordering these from Ford. Looks like he got a good deal from a friend who works a junkyard.

 

Yea i have 2 friends that work at junk yards. Idk if ill go thru ford or not for the other emblems
