Default F150 5.4 down on power?

I got a 04 5.4 fx4 screw. Has 171k miles on it. I'm noticing it has became weak like dogish. No check engine lights ect truck just feels weak what could be going on? I got a rattling noise to only before operating temp, and the first 2 min while in drive while accelerating. Once truck gets warm it fades away won't do it again until truck cools completely down? What am I hearing

notastockdohc, my truck was running pretty sluggish for a couple weeks, couldn't figure it out because it started and sounded right. I had to change my brakes and after doing the rear brakes, the truck had all of its speed and power back. No signs of the brakes dragging until I finally ended up doing the brakes but apparently they were dragging enough to slow the truck down. I hope you figure it out, let us know.

I got my code for "intake manifold runner control stuck open" cleared by half a bottle of seafoam through the brake booster line. That code popped up 4 times.....hasn't came back. 10k later after Seafoam.
