Default Extremely rough idle/stall

truck was running like normal no issues got home turned it off. I then installed these cheap load resistors and led bulbs into the tailights once that was wired up i went reconnected the battery tested the lights and tried to start the truck it started but but almost immediately the rpms where jumping from 400-800. Shut it off gave it another shot and it kept doing it. Set my edge tune back to stock took off the led/load resistors made sure the wiring was put back to how it was and put the old bulbs back. And the problem is still there. I got it to idle for a minute at around 650 then it went up to 900 and started jumping around then stalled out. Trying to give it any gas does little if anything. Not to sure where to start troubleshooting. Any help is appreciated.
Motor information:
(5.4 3v,cold air,throttle body spacer,edge tuner,newer maf)

Just wanted to add real quick. Awhile ago i used the edge to adjust the idle, i only bumped it up about 10 which made no difference but if that helps at all.

The lighting on these trucks don't go through the PCM (as far as I know), so installing load resistors shouldn't affect how the engine idles. Beside, I wouldn't use load resistors, they produce too much heat. Better choice would have been to replace the factory flasher with a 5 terminal EP27 electronic flasher for LEDs. (Flasher relay is located behind that panel under the steering wheel)

i was literally on my way to o’reilys to get that flasher but it decided now was a great time to stop working😂, but thats what was weird is i wouldnt think just a resistor and led bulb would affect how it ran but thats the only change since it was parked.
