Default Extremely rough idle, bogging

I have a 2006 f150 4x4 with 98,000 miles. Every morning when I leave my house, when I get to the stoplight about 1/2 mile from my drive and stop my truck starts to idle so rough it shakes the whole vehicle. It boggs down when I accelerate and continues to do so until I turn the vehicle off. It only does it the first time I drive it everyday. Anyone had this problem or any idea of what it could be???? I'm stumped.

Spark plug change at 95,000 miles and fuel filter change at 97,500. Checked for vaccum leaks and couldn't find any.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am in college (a.k.a poor) so I have to try to do this stuff myself.

Sounds like a fuel to air ratio problem. Try disconnecting your negative battery terminal for 15 minutes and then reconnect, this should reset your ECM.

Is there a way to check that? I'm pretty new to this stuff. Also, why would it only affect it the first time I drive it everyday?
