Default Exhaust question

Hey guys! I was just wondering if anyone had any experience with one of these DIY kits. I have called around town and the cheapest place I got quoted was 170 to run my pipes for me and that was with me supplying my own muffler and tips. So I figured after about 80bucks for the muffler (magnaflow) and another 80 for some tips (magnaflow) plus 170 to run the pipes and I've got about 100 bucks more than that kit cost and I can do it myself. Plus I like the clam idea so I can build my exhaust in stages because I'd like to run a set of headers and a new y pipe to delete the rear cats. Thanks for the input!

I got a SI/SO mbrp exhaust. I had it on in 45 min with no lift. Super easy!

Yeah I looked at the mbrp kit because I watched a YouTube vid of the install and it's pretty self explanatory.

I also did a si/so mbrp kit. No lift, did have to cut anything. Easy install.

I installed a si/do mbrp kit. Fits perfect. Sound/Looks great. The quality is noticably higher than most other diy kits. Also it was harder to remove the stock exhaust than to install the kit.

Sounds like the MBRP kit is the unanimous decision around here?! Lol

Does anyone have experience with their SI/DO kit? I'm kind of bias toward the dual exhaust even though they serve no real purpose other than looks!
