I like that brymck.
the tips. Is that the very end of the exhaust?
Might see how much that is for mine.
Went to a shop after I posted this and the guy will put on a magnaflow for 120. Just the muffler

Yes the tips are the very end of the exhaust system. I recommend a 3" tip at the smallest. They help with the sound.

Was that with a tip or just the muffler? I would recommend a 4 inch tip if u keep it a single exit.

I have Borla exhaust, with OBX LT header, and Magnaflow Hi-Flow cats. I can post a video of it tomorrow of what it sounds like if you'd like.

I agree with having a 4" or even a 5" tip if you go with SI/SO. 3" tips with a SI/DO sounds good that's what mine is.

I have just the muffler and stock piping too. The tips matter of what type you get. Are you getting SI/SO or SI/DO?? Also what size muffler are you getting?

I did a magnaflow muffler on the stock exhaust system. The cost was about $80 for the muffler and about 1-2 hours to drop, swap and weld this in.

This is a 24" magnaflow, I somewhat wish I would have gone with a shorter one, but the sound is nice, its mellow, at idle its hardly noticeable and at highway speeds you can hear it a little bit. Not sure how much louder it will get after break-in, but it sounds good IMO.

Quick Reply: Exhaust. Flowmaster? Borla? Magnaflow?
