id cut out the rear cats and run 2.5 into single 3 with a good ypipe and a dynomax race magnum glass pack, its not louvered like others and doesnt cause turbulence and they are cheap from jegs like 40 bucks. much louder than flowmasters or thrush 2.5s.and the flow would be better than dual 2.5 flowmasters or any of these cat backs pple sell
or if i wanted to spend money id do dual 2.5 with rear cats removed and xpipe(60-80 bucks at troyer) into a dynomax ultraflow( the x muffler) the 2.5 flows 1300 cfm and is 80-100 bucks.
this system would support 400+ hp without loss (depending on headers)and be quieter than the above. but more money. but it would have awesome scavenging with the xpipe and x muffler, especially with some long tubes!!
