Default exhaust

Just put dual exhaust on my 04 FX4 with a super 44 series. Really like the sound but why does it get more quit at higher rpms then at the lower ones?

That's what flow masters do... I have one and it drives me nuts. You should hear it up close. Sounds rediculous.

Thats why I like them so much, a nice growl in town and at slow speeds and it gets quiet on the hwy.

Ya I do like that part, but at the same time I want it to be loud when I'm hauling *** across the dunes. But I guess you can't get both

I'm the same way. I want a louder tune, but at the moment I live in the city so I'm loving my super 44s.

Magnaflows would have been a better choice. They have a nice rumble most of the time, and they wail when you floor it!

If all else fails and I dislike the sound ill just wait till I run long headers with a 3" exhaust and choose a different muffler
