Well, problem solved.
The sensor was bad. The new (finally got the right one) sensor is now reading 0 fuel pressure.......the problem is that there is NO fuel pressure. At least the fuel pump is an easy to acquire part. ( I think.......)

It's FINALLY fixed!
The damned fuel pump controller module was bad, the fuel pump was bad, and...........
The computer crapped out.
I have to give a to the Ford dealer in Greene, NY. Chenango Sales replaced the computer under warranty, when I haven't been able to get Ford to cover a damned thing under warranty on this truck prior to this.
I think I found a new Ford dealer.........
On a side note, how in hell did Ford allow a module like the Fuel Pump controller to go out of stock when there are thousands of them on the road?
