Default Engine shuts off at take off

Hi everybody, I have a 2007 ford f150 with a 4.6l v8 Romeo engine. I’m having issues with take off. It’ll drive fine for awhile then I can be stoped at the light and when I take off it feels like it’s skipping out then turn off. It’ll crank back on but cut right back out. I’ve had other issues before but here’s everything I’ve done. New oil pump, new intake manifold, new spark plugs, new coil pac, new rack and pinion, new alternator, new a/c compressor, new water pump, new timing chain, and fresh oil. Truck has no fault codes and I’m at 221k. I guess my question is wth is going on why does it keep turning off on me. And it’s more frequent in warmer days. Cold days it runs great.

No fault codes, full electrical power. No issues with battery. Putting out 12.34v checked the battery still has 850cca. Engine just shuts off. Instrument cluster stays on.

Check your Fuel Pump Driver Module (FPDM) located above the spare tire. You have classic symptoms.

I had the same issue with mine. Replaced the module and fixed the rusted brackets and reconnected some wires and it worked just fine.

How do I test the fuel pump drive module? And while going home today I broke down again. This time I have a code for the o2 sensors. The readings for the threshold before are reading at 0 and the ones after are reading at 99.2.

Fuel Pump Driver Module on rear frame cross member by your spare. Known to crack and corrode due to dissimilar metals contacting each other. Water enters and shorts out the circuit board causing the fuel pump to not work properly. The frame is steel, the backing plate of the FPDM is aluminum. This is a well known and documented issue on 04-08 F150's.
Take a look at this video. Even though you do not have a code this video will show you how to test the FPDM. In general a visual inspection (needs to be removed) will tell if it is the problem.

even if the FPDM is not your problem now...It very well could be in the future, just replace it with the new version with stand offs. Be sure to check the grounding point for it also while you are under there.

I have been waiting for the part to come in. Finally arrived last night. Installed it first thing this morning. My drive home will determine if this fixed the problem.

Drove truck around and truck felt great like it fixed the problem. Turned the A/c on for about 5 minutes and the engine stalled again in the middle of the intersection. Got it running again this time no a/c and drove just fine. Any idea ??
