Default engine help

hey guys, CEL came on and a few of the codes came back as vacuum leaks.. after toying around, found a whistling sound that comes from the part #PA66-GF33, it has two tubes going to it, and some wires.. seems to be a solenoid anyone know what it is?

I think it's the hublock solenoid, for the auto lock hubs and heater vents. I'm pretty sure can you describe it more?
