Default Engine Failsafe mode

Someone please Help me. I changed the spark plugs on my 06 F150 (no broken plugs) double checked every connector. Plugged the negative battery cable back in and started the truck. Immediately went into Engine fail safe mode. My truck has no power and will not move in forward or reverse. Ran the codes and got P2104 and P2111. Took the throttle body off and cleaned with CRC throttle body cleaner and replaced the throttle motor and TPS. Went through the recommended throttle recalibration and my truck engine sounds like crap and I have absolutely no power and a engine fail safe mode still on. I cleared all the codes and ran it again and same codes. I do not know of any honest mechanics in Thornton Colorado. Anyone have any ideas??

Didn't think of that. Would it throw a code or is it a guessing game as to which one is bad. I have a Bosch 1050 mobile code tester

Default if you removed pcm for access

Did you reseat plugs on pcm . How about grounds you may have taken loose.
Do a throttle relearn cal . Check and clean connectors on throttle body .
My throttle body failed at 60k it was a defective series started with 3L new one was 8L bought new upgraded on ebay oem $200.

I did perform the throttle relearn. I don't know how to reset the plugs on the pcm. I checked all my fuses and don't have any blown. All the wiring harnesses have shielding around them. The truck only has 130K miles on it and this is the second time up I have someone it. The first at 70k.

Default I'm leaning towards a disturbed wiring harness or connector

You should have put all new boots and springs in during plug change .
The plugs should be torqued to 28 pounds .
Dielectric grease should be gently used on each end of boots .
Clean coil tips and thread spring on to it .
The area that the plug tips go in cly should be cleaned with carb cleaner .
if you clean that out there is no need to use anti seize, the new plugs should not twist off , too many people are getting it on thick and their dirty fingers getting it all over plug porcelains. It gets forced to the tips also.

It is metal based--- people, it will track and short out the high voltage . Clean your hands If it gets on tips it will short it out . Yes the plugs can and do get damaged if you don't clean that carbon out of that hole . Forget seafoam or something like it getting it out of there.
This engine requires everything perfect to run right .

Redfishtd thanks for the feedback I followed everything to the spec. I finally broke down and called a mechanic from my church and after talking with him he thinks it is probably the wiring harness but he will trouble shoot it Friday. He is a Ford specialist. Thank you all for your feedback and I will be sure and post what The Mechanic finds This weekend.
