Shudder/shake... big cam like idle after warm

Truck has been idle like it has a cam for past couple days

When I start from red light... punch it let rpms get up to 4k, let off gas let overdrive kick on, bad shutter starts at 65ish. Let off gas it goes away, if I give it more gas it goes away.

If I keep rpm under 4k truck wont ever shudder from start

While shuddering if I kill it an restart shudder stops

If I stay in the shudder it will limp mode.

Truck does have new coils I threw in her yeaterday an plugs last week
