Ok so i just picked up a 2006 F150 FX4 that doesnt have the Electronic Climate control but i was curious if it is possible to change out the manual controls with the Elec. climate control as plug and play so to speak. i found a couple of the units but not sure if anyone else has tried this. I am also adding heated seats so i would be able to just use the factory controls on the AC control. Any help would be great!!

It's been done, and there's a detailed write up on how to do it. Search this topic on this forum. Not just a simple swap of these two parts in your post.
