Default Electrical issues

First off hello everyone. Well I got a dilemma my 2006 Ford F150 has been sitting for awhile due to some front end suspension issues and I probably didn't start it up enough because my alternator froze up. I tried to free it up with some WD40 and after I sprayed it on and inside the alternator I started having problems with the ac blower motor switch, cigarette lighter, and head light switch turning on my hazard lights. No other issus with the truck still runs great.

Probably just a coincidence.
Check the ground behind the kick panel just below and at of the fuse box.

Thanks I did check it and it is rusted but it was that way before I changed the new alternator which I thought would fix the issue from the old alternator by changing it

Haven't got around to it yet been busy with my son's birthday weekend. Hopefully I can look at it some more today after I do 50 other thousand things. Kinda stressful when you have no help fixing everything around the house, vehicles, and running a business but that's part of living

If you know you have a rusty ground,
its probably a good idea to check/clean them all if/when you get time. There 17 locations. Search for thread called: ground location checklist
