Electrical Gremlins?
I have an 04 f150 lariat 4x4. Had a window regulator die the other day. While replacing it, the battery died from testing the new regulator a few times. After I charged it, I'm having a few electrical gremlins. The check engine light started flashing and it was shaking and kicking while trying to speed up. Also, the AC isn't blowing cold. I had that happen one other time and I believe the flap that closes off the heater wasn't closing because I turned it to all the way hot and then back down and it started blowing cold again. This time that hasn't worked. A few months back my truck was shaking like this and the code it was throwing was for cam position sensor i believe. I read that sludge build-up could cause it, so i changed the oil and it cleared it up. This time I don't feel like that could be it since it all started after the battery died. I have unplugged the battery to reset the PCM but that didn't fix it. Got the codes pulled: P0351 and i believe the other was P0355 They were Both Ignition Coil A (the other was E) primary/secondary circuit malfunction. I replaced all my coils around 10k-15k miles ago and a coil still wouldn't explain the AC actuator flap thingy crapping out on me. Are there any relays or fuses that would control the two? I could really use yall's help to save some much needed money from having to go to a mechanic! THanks guys.
Flashing check engine light would be type A misfire which means that raw fuel is getting into the exhaust. The coil malfunction sounds like two faulty coils cylinder 1 & 5. If you used cheap coils from downtown like car quest or NAPA that would explain two coils failing. The AC could be a faulty blend door motor. Is your Battery still dying or just the one the one time?
Took me truck to dealer for recall notice and they are flashing the PCM, but I'm sure that won't help. They wanted 200 to look at my issues and I have a new baby so disposable income is a thing of the past. It just blows my mind that the coils and ac crap would start at the same time unless it is somehow electrically relates
Do you have code reader to read the codes. Your AC and engine ignition Are two completely different systems. Depending what year it is would be better to help you diagnose the issue. Is it automatic temp control or manual temp control?

I forgot to ask what year is it. The 08 had an issue with temp blend door changing between hot and cold. I would still think you have bad coils. That is why I only replace them one at a time with OEM. The price might be a little more but the difference is quality every time. I would throw 200 dollArs away then change out 8 ignition coils that have nothing wrong.
