Default edge tuner settings

Can anyone that has a edge evolution programmer for there Ford truck with a 5.4 tell me what settings you have the tuner on in WOT? I know you can adjust all types of things but I don't want to make a wrong setting and blow my engine up or something.

I found useful info and settings in this thread as a starting point. After that I played a little with my own settings but didn't make drastic changes. I would drive a few hundred miles and make more tweaks til I eventually settled on something.

My truck is a 2007 FX2 Supercrew, 2wd. It has stock size tires relatively speaking, they are 285/50/20. I do have the Gotts mod with AEM dryflow filter and true dual exhaust. I am not lifted or lowered or have mud tires. These are the settings I run on Level 2 custom:

Gear Ratio = whats in the truck, confirm it with your axle code
Tire Size = enter correct diameter
Idle Speed = I never adjust this
WOT Shifting = 1-2 and 2-3 @ 5000 and 3-4 @ 4600 rpm
Std. Shifting = leave alone
Shift Firmness = 1-2 @ 2, 2-3 @6 and 3-4 @ 8.
Rev Limiter = 5500 rpm
Speed Limiter = what ever you are comfortable with, I do 120 mph
Timing Adjustment = +.25 or +.50 (if you do +.50, make sure your engine doesnt ping)
WOT Fuel = no need to go over +1.50

Ok i just used the alerts that came stock on it. But I read that the if the shift firmness is to low it can actually be bad for the transmission because is heats up faster.
