Ok so I have a 2005 standard cab fx4 and ive recently gotten an edge programmer with a custom tune for my truck and after a recent battle with a p2004 which is dealing with a intake runner manifold controller issue and getting it replaced and all that good stuff. Now my trucks check engine light does not come on for the code but when I run the diagnostic on the edge programmer is gives me the same error code and it keeps coming back even if I clear it and the trucks CEL never comes on.

Am I missing something?

 

After you clear the code on the Edge, set the truck back to stock, unplug the battery for 30 minutes and put the custom tune back on. If this doesnt clear it for good, contact PHP.
